Angela Fang
I'm Angela Fang, a student at the University of Auckland pursuing a conjoint Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Classics and Criminology. I graduated from St Cuthbert’s College with NCEA Level 1 endorsed with Excellence and completed the IB with outstanding marks. My academic achievements include the Bronze Award for the Queen's Commonwealth Essay Competition and a Certificate of Excellence for the David Levene Essay Competition.
With two years of tutoring experience in IB, NCEA, and ESOL, I enjoy mentoring students and helping them build confidence in their abilities. I believe education is a powerful tool for growth, and I strive to support students in reaching their full potential.
Beyond academics, I am passionate about the arts and leadership. I received a drama scholarship, earned an ATCL Diploma in Year 12, and was awarded a scholarship to attend the Iowa Young Writers’ Studio (IYWS), which deepened my love for storytelling.
In high school, I organized multiple fundraising events, raising $20,000 for various causes. Whether in education, leadership, or the arts, I aim to make a meaningful impact and contribute positively to every community I am part of.
