Mckenzie Heatley

Hi, I’m Kenzie! Born and raised in Northland, I am currently in my second year at the University of Canterbury pursuing a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology and minor in Statistics. I attended Whangarei Girls’ High before boarding in Auckland for my final two years of secondary school and then down to the South Island for the first of my big adventures! 

I have various outdoor hobbies including football, skiing, water-sports, diving and tramping. I am currently flatting and am loving living with my friends, cooking and always doing fun activities together.

In Year 13 I was a top performing NCEA student and selected as a King’s College Scholar. I gained NCEA Levels 2 & 3 with Excellence Endorsements, achieving highly in English, Statistics, Geography and Biology. I am still passionate about these subjects, some I have continued through tertiary, and I am available to tutor them at any level. I really enjoyed high school and made the most out of the accessibility to extra-curricular opportunities and the tutoring provided. Now, I get to help others in the same way!
