Minu Miriam Paul
My name is Minu Miriam Paul, a civil engineer turned educator with a deep passion for teaching. I hold a Master’s in Construction Engineering and Management and am currently pursuing a Master of Teaching and Learning at Waikato University in Hamilton. With nearly seven years of teaching experience—five at the university level and two working with children—I have built a strong foundation in education.
I have trained students in Australia for NAPLAN exams, specializing in STEM education. Additionally, I currently work with children with disabilities, including cerebral palsy and autism, supporting their learning and development. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
For me, teaching is more than a profession—it is a calling. I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact on my students by fostering an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. My goal is to inspire and empower learners, helping them build confidence and a love for learning. By combining my engineering background with my teaching experience, I strive to bring practical, real-world applications into the classroom, ensuring that students develop both critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for their future success.
